Senior Offensive and Defensive Engineer (Cybersecurity)

We’re looking for a Senior Offensive and Defensive Engineer to lead high-stakes red team operations, covert penetration testing, and advanced defense bypass strategies. This isn’t theory — this is hands-on, real-world security where your expertise directly strengthens the resilience of critical systems.

Your ability to outthink, outmaneuver, and out-innovate will set the standard for how threats are identified, neutralized, and prevented.

What You’ll Do

• Lead red team operations across real-network offensive and defensive exercises.
• Conduct advanced penetration testing, focusing on covert techniques and anti-tracing.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge bypass methods to challenge and strengthen defenses.
• Audit systems, exploit vulnerabilities, and recommend practical defense improvements.
• Research, innovate, and refine next-generation cybersecurity practices.

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just a security engineer — you’re a strategist and operator. Here’s what sets you apart:

• 5+ years of Red Team operation experience
• Mastery in at least two technical domains: cloud penetration, internal domain, code auditing, mobile/OT security, or bypass techniques
• Hands-on expertise in web offensive/defensive strategies, asset collection, and exploitation
• Proven track record in covert ops with strong anti-tracing capabilities
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, Shell, and/or Java
• Strong problem-solving ability, team collaboration, and communication skills
