Job Description
- Develop and deploy predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and customer segmentation.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into data science solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
- Evaluate model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and tuning.
- Document methodologies and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques in machine learning and data science.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in machine learning, data science, or applied statistics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of classical ML techniques, statistical modeling, and data wrangling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
