Technical Support Engineer - Mekanisk/Hydraulikk

Vi søker to praktiske og teknisk dyktige Technical Support Engineerer, den ene med bakgrunn innen mekanikk/hydraulikk og den andre med bakgrunn innen automasjon/Elektro.

Du vil jobbe med avanserte dekksmaskinerisystemer for offshore- og marinefartøy, drevet av hydrauliske og elektriske drivsystemer. I rollen vil du bistå våre kunder og andre avdelinger i Kongsberg med teknisk veiledning.

Ansvarsområder

• Gi teknisk støtte fra kontoret.
• Feilsøke mekaniske, elektriske og hydrauliske systemer.
• Støtte kunder, feltteknikere og interne team med dokumentasjon og veiledning.
• Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring av støtteprosesser.
  
  

Kvalifikasjoner

• Praktisk, hands-on teknisk erfaring verdsettes høyt.
• Utdanning innen teknisk fagskole/ingeniørfag eller relevant erfaring fra feltarbeid. Erfaring med hydraulikk er essensielt.
• Behersker engelsk godt.
• Erfaring med CAD, PLM eller ERP-systemer er et pluss.

We are looking for two practical and technically skilled Technical Support Engineers—one with a background in mechanics/hydraulics and the other in automation/electrical engineering.

You will work with advanced deck machinery systems for offshore and marine vessels, powered by hydraulic and electric drive systems. In this role, you will support our customers and other departments within Kongsberg with technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support from the office.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Support customers, field technicians, and internal teams with documentation and guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on technical experience is highly valued.
• Education from a technical college/engineering program or relevant field experience. Experience with hydraulics is essential.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, or ERP systems is a plus.
