Product Manager

Role Purpose

Pine Labs’ consumer product portfolio is one that that touches hundreds of thousands of users every month. As Product Manager, you’ll own the consumer experience at Fave and Pine Labs’ Gift Card Marketplace products – guiding vision, roadmap, and execution – while shaping the broader portfolio strategy inside a high‑visibility, high‑autonomy environment. That means you need to do everything it takes to ship new features and product extensions to achieve 0→1 and 1→n growth.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

• Own the vision & product roadmap for Pine Labs’ consumer portfolio including Fave and Gift Card Marketplace across web, mobile, and emerging surfaces.
• Set and communicate roadmaps that balance user value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive discovery by running customer interviews, digging into data, and validating concepts with rapid experiments.
• Define requirements & success metrics in crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure we adhere to regulatory and security standards in the fintech and payments industry.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship delightful experiences on schedule.

What matters in the role

• Overall experience of 5+ years with at least 3-5 years in a product role. Experience shipping products used by hundreds of thousands of users is definitely useful.
• You understand nuances of a great user experience, can use data to drive decisions and also understand API documentations.
• You can clearly communicate your vision of the product to anyone in the company.
• You output clear documentation of product requirements ensuring rework is not required after kick-off.
• You can work closely with engineering teams to manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
