Role Description

QNB is looking a highly skilled strong experienced Project Manager with Business Analysis experience to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Core and Retail banking divisions . The role requires strong project management and requirements gathering capabilities, hands-on expertise in Planview tool, and the ability to define KPIs, processes, and procedures while working independently with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across core and retail banking initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders independently.
• Define and implement KPIs, processes, procedures, product support models, and reporting frameworks.
• Hands on Experience on Planview tool for portfolio and project management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope.
• Provide governance, reporting, and insights to senior management on portfolio performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage requirements without heavy supervision.
• Demonstrated strategic and operational skills in a banking or financial services environment.

Preferred Certifications

• Planview Administrator Certification.
• Portfolio Management Certification (PfMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
