Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (Workday and related tools).
• Manage HR documentation, templates, and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support recruitment processes including job postings, reference checks, and onboarding compliance.
• Deliver engaging new hire orientation sessions and manage onboarding logistics.
• Assist with intern recruitment and programme coordination.
• Organise employee milestone recognition, team events, and office celebrations.
• Draft and distribute the monthly employee newsletter.
• Provide responsive support for routine HR queries and requests.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or internal recruitment
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• A collaborative, positive team player with a proactive mindset.
