Mobile Test Lead

Our client is seeking a Mobile Test Lead to take ownership of testing activities across Android and iOS platforms, driving quality outcomes from strategy through to delivery. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure every release meets the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage testing activities across Android and iOS applications.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure full testing coverage.
• Mentor junior testers, providing guidance and support.
• Stay up to date with emerging tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Test Lead or similar role.
• Strong background in mobile app testing across Android and iOS.
• Proficiency with tools such as Appium (Java), Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Java, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and LambdaTest.
