Synechron is hiring Cloud/Devops Engineer.


  • Melbourne
  • Hybrid - 3 days work from office
  • Contract - 6 months
  • Full working rights for Australia


Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with solutioning on public clouds (AWS, Azure preferred)
  • Confident in their ability to build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins declarative pipelines from scratch
  • Experience using Source control management systems – GitHub, Bitbucket (preferred)
  • A keen eye for continuous improvements – with a special focus on Security and Cost.
  • Strong experience with scripting tools – Bash, Python preferred
  • Automation first – Everything from Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred, CloudFormation is also acceptable) to pipelines using IaC.
  • Good experience with containerization using Docker on AWS ECS. Exposure to Kubernetes is also a good to have.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and an ability to work with non-technical folk on a regular basis.
