Product Manager

Are you a Product Manager who thrives on momentum, loves working with creative people, and wants to see your work make a real impact?

We are looking for an ambitious PM to take ownership of execution at a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered tools for creative professionals. This is a chance to step out of process-heavy environments and work directly with founders and senior engineers on products that customers genuinely love.

What you'll do in the role:

• Bring structure to chaos: Turn a busy roadmap into clear priorities that balance customer needs with technical feasibility.
• Ship features customers actually use: Translate founder ideas into action, protect engineering focus, and ensure launches land with customers.
• Champion the customer: Build direct relationships with power users, run discovery sessions, and validate direction before committing engineering resources.
• Scale without slowing down: Introduce just enough process to keep senior engineers aligned without creating bureaucracy.
• Drive growth through product: Launch and optimise the product, track adoption and retention, and use data to make smart trade-offs.

What You'll bring:

• 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally across both structured and startup-style environments
• Strong track record of shipping B2B SaaS or creative-tech products that customers adopt
• Comfort working with senior engineers, discussing technical trade-offs, and triaging bugs
• Experience building or optimising self-serve/PLG experiences and tracking meaningful metrics
• Curiosity for how creatives work and the tools that empower them
• Hunger to learn and ambition to grow into product leadership

Bonus points for: AI/ML product experience, creative industry exposure, product marketing skills, or scaling in high-growth startups.
