Senior iOS Developer - SportsTech

The Role

We are looking to recruit a Senior iOS Developer to take the lead in designing and developing high-quality mobile applications, someone who thrives in scale-up and has passion for implementing emerging technologies such as on-device AI. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in South America or Europe.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust, scalable iOS applications;
• Build intuitive, dynamic user interfaces using SwiftUI;
• Manage asynchronous data flows with Combine and Swift Concurrency;
• Implement efficient local data storage solutions with CoreData;
• Integrate and optimize audio/video functionalities using AVFoundation;
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features;
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to best practices;
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS trends and continuously improve processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;
• Over five years of professional iOS development experience;
• Strong expertise in Swift and hands-on experience with SwiftUI;
• Proven skills with Combine and Swift Concurrency;
• Solid background in CoreData for local data persistence;
• Proficiency with AVFoundation for audio and video integration;
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries;
• Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies;
• Knowledge of frameworks like CloudKit, Core Animation, or Metal;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;
• Familiarity with architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER);
• Leadership or mentorship experience would be ideal (but not a hard must);
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.
