We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused individual to join our team as an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with global business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of HR management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and reviews.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues and provide coaching where needed.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Manage benefits administration and collaborate on compensation strategies.
- Native-level English skills required.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems.
