Project Manager (all genders)

Do you enjoy turning ideas into structured plans and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee our product development projects from start to finish. In this role, you will define goals, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and guide teams to deliver outstanding results for our award-winning smart glasses.

We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.

From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales – we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This gives you exciting insights into many parts of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are “born global” and work with customers and partners all over the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define project goals, scopes, and objectives, and create detailed plans, schedules, and budgets


• Track product development progress, monitor performance against plans, and take corrective actions as needed


• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle


• Ensure clear and ongoing communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders


• Evaluate project success, document lessons learned, and formally close projects

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience using modern project management tools to allocate resources effectively and meet project demands


• Ability to create project plans, schedule sprints, and define project scopes to provide a structured framework for teams


• Strong facilitation skills to ensure clear and consistent communication among team members and stakeholders


• Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle, monitoring progress, tracking deadlines, and ensuring quality deliverables


• Capability to manage project tasks and processes, enabling team members to focus on their responsibilities and grow professionally

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of project management experience in embedded systems


• Knowledge of modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management methods


• Experience managing complex projects and distributed development teams


• Excellent communication skills


• Familiarity with MS Project, GitLab, or JIRA

We offer a minimum gross salary of €3.175,-/month on full time basis – more may be possible depending on experience.
