Freelance Senior Fullstack .NET Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fullstack .NET Developer to support one of our key clients in Antwerp. You will be working onsite at their headquarters as part of a 30-person IT department. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software using .NET, SQL, React, and React Native
• Design and implement microservices to enhance system modularity and flexibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless integration solutions
• Architect system-wide solutions and ensure smooth application interoperability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and processes
• Mentor junior developers through coaching and code reviews
• Explore new technologies and tools to improve productivity and software quality
• Help oversee the overall application landscape and its architectural integrity

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Proven expertise in .NET, SQL, React, and React Native
• Strong knowledge of application and integration architecture
• Experience with event-driven architecture, clean architecture, functional design, domain-driven design, and microservices
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with modern technologies and IT development best practices
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in Dutch (must-have)
