Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Business Analyst hybrid to support the lending department and help drive delivery quality and speed.

Logistics:

• Position: Project Manager / Business Analyst (Lending)
• Duration: Long-term engagement (initial contract with high likelihood of extension)
• Day Rate: €(Negotiable & Competitive)
• Location: Brussels (Hybrid - 2x days a week)
• Languages: English required, French/Dutch is a plus
• Start Date: Flexible (ASAP for the right candidate)

Core Responsibilities:

• Steer and manage the full scope of lending-related projects from analysis through delivery
• Take ownership and accountability, driving initiatives independently with minimal oversight
• Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and ensure quality outcomes
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting
• Increase delivery speed and efficiency within the lending department

Essential Skills:

• Solid mix of project management and business analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of lending/loan processes in financial services
• Proven ability to take responsibility and deliver autonomously
• Good analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with data analysis and data visualisation tools
• Strong PowerPoint skills for clear presentation of findings and recommendations
