Product Manager – Networking & Wireless (IP, LTE/5G)

Our client, a global leader in communications technology, is seeking a skilled and versatile Product Manager to oversee the planning, development, and lifecycle of enterprise network infrastructure products (such as routers, switches) and/or wireless communication solutions (including LTE/5G systems). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge networking technologies and play a critical role in shaping next-generation connectivity.


🔧 Key Responsibilities


  • Product Ownership:

Lead the planning, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise network products (e.g., routers, switches) and/or wireless communication solutions (e.g., LTE/5G network systems).

  • Strategy & Roadmapping:

Define product strategies and development roadmaps based on deep market analysis, user needs, and industry trends to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

  • Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with R&D, design, testing, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.

  • Market & Technology Insight:

Monitor advancements in IP networking and wireless communication technologies, including SDN, NFV, and network slicing, and integrate these insights into product planning.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement:

Collect feedback from clients, carriers, and partners to guide product improvements and support go-to-market strategies.

  • Product Launch & Support:

Support product release activities, including training, sales enablement, and technical issue resolution to ensure successful adoption in the market.

  • Performance Optimization:

Continuously evaluate product performance, user feedback, and market data to refine user experience and enhance product quality.


🧠 Candidate Profile


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in one or more of the following areas: IP networking (routers, switches, enterprise network devices); Wireless communications (LTE/5G, RAN, network planning and rollout).
  • Strong understanding of IP networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and/or Wireless communication technologies and architecture (e.g., LTE, 5G, RAN).
  • Experience with full product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and product optimization.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

  • Background in a major network equipment vendor or telecommunications operator.
  • Familiarity with next-generation technologies such as: SDN (Software-Defined Networking), NFV (Network Functions Virtualization, and Network slicing
  • Track record of launching and scaling network or wireless products in global markets.
  • Experience supporting marketing and after-sales teams in B2B technology environments.
