What You’ll Do

• Develop and Innovate: Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs that support seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences for millions of users.
• Collaborate Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to craft solutions that add real value to our customers.
• Optimise: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Mentor Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.
• Deep Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Java, Kotlin, and the JVM ecosystem, with experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and come up with innovative solutions.
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a team-oriented approach to software development.
• Financial Services Background: Experience in fintech or a similar domain is highly advantageous, though not required.
