Software Engineer

Role: Contact Center AI Engineer

Location: Riga, Latvia (Onsite 3 days a week)

Work Type - B2B Contract

We are looking for a Contact Center AI Engineer to join our team in Riga. You will work with our contact center operations team to design, integrate, and support AI copilots that improve customer and agent experiences. This role combines technical integration, solution design, and stakeholder engagement with a focus on real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Work with contact center teams to turn business needs into AI solutions
• Design technical requirements and build low-code or API integrations with CRM, telephony, and case management systems
• Support prompt engineering and optimize AI copilots for better customer interactions
• Document data flows and integration designs for smooth delivery
• Act as a local product ambassador — run demos, workshops, and present solutions to stakeholders
• Track solution performance and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 4-5+ years’ experience in software engineering, data science, or solution consulting
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Knowledge of CRM or contact center platforms (telephony, case management tools)
• Experience with generative AI or conversational AI
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a problem-solving mindset
