Product Manager

Description

We are an International distribution company, offering a full scope of Services, Building and Developing strong and promising FMCG brands. We have 3 distribution markets: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

EUGESTA is looking for a Product Manager to implement and ensure sales of Vanish, Harpic, Finish, Cilit, Calgon, Airwick, Woolite, Durex, Veet and other brands in Lithuania market.

This could be your next opportunity:

• You will proactively develop commercial relationships with key customers to achieve company goals
• You will collaborate and negotiate with trade networks (Maxima, Rimi, Lidl and etc.);
• You will cooperate/develop relationships with the manufacturer/manufacturer's representatives;
• You will implement annual sales and marketing plans;
• You will ensure the introduction of new products to the market;
• You will analyze clients potential and look for opportunities to grow the assigned assigned brands;
• You will achieve qualitative goals (KPIs) assigned to brands at points of sale.

We believe you have:

• Higher Education in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field;
• a minimum 2 years of working experience in key account management or sales experience with FMCG products or product group management.
• strategic and analytical thinking;
• strong orientation in results;
• excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• good knowledge of English (written, spoken);
• good computer skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
• B category driver's license (must).
• Fluent Lithuanian (must).
