Marketing Project Manager

Genome is a Lithuanian Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving B2B and B2C clients across Europe. We offer fully online financial services, including account opening, payment processing, currency exchange, and debit card issuing. Clients manage their funds through a user-friendly dashboard accessible on desktops and mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for a Marketing Project Manager!

As a Marketing Project Manager at Genome, you’ll execute multichannel marketing initiatives and support the setup and coordination of client communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• build and manage communication workflows (email, subscriptions, push notifications, in-app/in-web messages) to support onboarding, activation, upsell, and retention;
• set up and manage subscription forms and newsletters, working with segmented audiences to ensure timely delivery and relevant content;
• plan and maintain communication calendars for newsletters and social media, coordinating with content and design teams to prepare assets;
• track performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations;
• collaborate with internal teams, the CMO, and external partners to support broader marketing projects;
• stay informed on marketing trends and contribute ideas that support Genome’s growth goals.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• at least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience; experience with automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, OneSignal, or Iterable) and newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a strong plus;
• familiarity with audience segmentation and performance tracking;
• strong planning and coordination skills, especially in working with content and design assets;
• experience with campaign scheduling and social media platforms;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
• an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and use insights to support ongoing improvements;
• self-driven and proactive, eager to take ownership of execution with support from the CMO and wider team;
• interest in fintech and enthusiasm for contributing to Genome’s growth.

Compensation

Salary range: €3,000- €3,500 - gross monthly*

• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
