The project is a unique and new type of challenge within the music industry. 🎵The core aim of it is to fix the broken royalties in the music industry, to address the uneconomic systems and replace them with intelligent, automated, cloud-native networks. The core team is the experts with fresh and brave ideas aiming to perfect the music industry. We are looking for engineers who are open to step forward and join those core team members to disrupt the industry.

Challenges you'll tackle:

Projects:

• Take care of project governance: monitor team performance, coordinate execution, oversee budget, etc.
• Conduct quality and risk management (process, technology, people)
• Oversee agreements (sub-contracting, frame agreements, project agreements)
• Take care of customer relationship management
  
  

People:

• Keep the team engaged (team and company level)
• Monitor team performance, discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Set clear team goals and strategy
• Create and maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  
  

Business:

• Leverage team and manage resources within/across projects
• Manage team budgeting and finances
• Ensure smooth communication, problem troubleshooting and conflict management with stakeholders
• Engage and assist in driving new business
  
  

Requirements

Skills for success:

• More than 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and career development
• Experience in sales and client communication
• Familiarity with risk management practices and business development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong ownership and responsibility skills
• Positive attitude and energy, especially in stressful situations
• Proactive in idea generation regarding new business opportunities
• Strong English language skills

• Proven experience as a Team Lead in an IT environment

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary ranging from €3,470 to €5,290, and a variable bonus based on team performance. The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
