Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration and integration initiative within the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless implementation, and supporting the transition from test to production.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering activities, including evaluating products and services using internal/external data and conducting end-user interviews.
• Identify stakeholders and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define required IT solutions and assist with their implementation.
• Define and document test scenarios and test cases, supporting test execution when required.
• Ensure operational controls and procedures are in place for a smooth transition from test to production environments.

Your skills

• Proven experience of min. 5 years in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
• Solid SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience in Depositary Bank operations and fund-related businesses.
• Familiarity with investment restrictions controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GitLab.
• Experience with Depowise or CRIMS is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• German or French would be an asset.
• MANDATORY : valid Lux working permit
