JavaScript ES6 & Node.js Developer - Contract (6 Months)

Budget - USD 10 - 18 Hourly
Budget - USD 10 - 18 Hourly
- Full-time, 8-hour workday
- Immediate start required
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Time Overlap: 5 hours with PST
- Experience & Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web engineering
- Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, and 2+ years with Node.js
- Write clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Exhibit proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, covering all aspects of the language
- Deliver well-structured, annotated, and organized code
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
- Proven experience in building modular, scalable web applications with attention to readability, security, and stability (including testing)
- Strong grasp of JavaScript ES6 and expertise with either Node.js or React
- Nice to have: Background in software Quality Assurance and Test Planning
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
