Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our team within the scope of a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in translating business needs into effective technical solutions, while serving as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with business users (municipalities, internal services, etc.).
• Analyze and document existing processes ("As-Is") and design target processes ("To-Be") using BPMN, UML, Archimate, and Visual Paradigm.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications.
• Assess the impact and feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, and support test teams in scenario definition and defect analysis (Azure DevOps).
• Contribute to backlog creation and prioritization with the Project Manager, using tools like GitLab or Monday.com.
• Ensure deliverables align with expressed business needs.
  
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst on information system projects (ERP rewrites, migrations, etc.).
• Strong background in workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
• Expertise in Visual Paradigm (BPMN, UML, Archimate).
• Previous public sector experience is an asset.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Requirement gathering (interviews, workshops, observations).
• Process modeling with BPMN, UML, Archimate.
• Writing functional specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMBOK.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (finance, population management).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of TOGAF/Prometa frameworks and microservices architecture is a plus.
  
  

Candidates should demonstrate expertise ranging from Base (1+ year), Standard (3+ years), Professional (5+ years) up to Expert level (10+ years) depending on the scope of skills and responsibilities.
