UX/UI Design Internship

We’re looking for a UX/UI intern ready to make a real impact.

At Datahub, we activate decisions, not dashboards. Our datahub solution for cloud-based dataplatforms is used to power automation, analytics, and AI for leading organizations across the world.

We’re now expanding our team with an intern who can help optimize and simplify our existing UX/UI framework. You’ll be working inside a fast-moving product team, focused on improving the usability, flexibility, and consistency of the interfaces we use every day—internally and with clients.

What you’ll work on

• Refactoring and simplifying our existing UI design system
• Making our components more variable-driven and maintainable
• Supporting design and usability improvements for key internal tools
• Collaborating with engineers and product owners to implement and test improvements
• Aligning design choices with real-world user feedback and team workflows

Who you are

• You’re currently studying UX/UI, digital design, HCI, or a related discipline in the field of engineering/science
• You understand the difference between “designing something nice” and “designing something useful”
• You’re comfortable working with design systems and thinking in terms of component logic
• Experience with Figma or design tools is a plus, but not required
• You’re eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, internal product team
• You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands and can work on-site in Capelle aan den IJssel
