Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, SD-WAN, and related technologies. The role involves managing day-to-day network operations, implementing configuration changes, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with OEM vendors, and ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure.

The professional will:

• Perform network configuration changes and service requests in compliance with strict customer change management processes.
• Troubleshoot and manage incidents, collaborating with OEM providers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide proactive recommendations and develop scripts for network task automation across LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Coordinate with application owners to assess and meet bandwidth requirements for new applications and link commissions.
• Liaise with local ISPs for deployment of new internet and WAN links.
• Perform iOS upgrades and downgrades on network devices including switches, routers, and WLAN access points.
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for major failures (Problem Management).

Essential Skills:

• Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki, Cisco NAC, Fortinet, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Proven ability to:
• Execute network configuration changes and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with OEM vendor collaboration.
• Automate network tasks using scripting for LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP.
• Coordinate with ISPs for internet and WAN link deployments.
• Perform iOS upgrades/downgrades on switches, routers, and WLAN devices.
• Manage Major Incidents (MIM) and prepare RCAs for critical failures.
