Network Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise network infrastructures. The role involves handling configuration changes, incident resolution, automation of network tasks, and coordination with ISPs and OEM vendors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Cisco Meraki, Cisco NAC, Fortinet, and SD-WAN technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network configuration changes and service requests while adhering to strict customer change management processes.
• Handle incident troubleshooting and management, working closely with OEM providers to ensure quick resolution.
• Provide proactive recommendations and develop scripts to automate network tasks across LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Collaborate with application owners to assess and allocate appropriate bandwidth requirements during new link commissioning.
• Coordinate with local ISPs for deployment of new internet and WAN links.
• Execute iOS upgrades/downgrades on switches, routers, and WLAN devices.
• Provide full support for Major Incident Management (MIM) and deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical failures.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Cisco Meraki
• Cisco NAC
• Fortinet Firewalls
• SD-WAN solutions
• Experience with LAN, WLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Firewall administration.
• Proven ability in network automation and scripting.
• Solid knowledge of incident, change, and problem management processes (ITIL or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise network environments.
