Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute network configuration changes and fulfill service requests in line with change management processes.
  • Perform incident troubleshooting and management, working with OEM providers for issue resolution.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and implement network task automation scripting.
  • Manage LAN, WLAN, Firewall, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Coordinate with application owners to address bandwidth requirements for new applications/links.
  • Collaborate with local ISPs for deployment of new internet and WAN links.
  • Carry out iOS upgrades/downgrades on switches, routers, and WLAN devices.
  • Provide full support during Major Incident Management (MIM) and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for problem management.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco NAC, Fortinet, and SD-WAN.
  • Network automation scripting.
  • Troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/WLAN.
  • DNS & DHCP management.
  • Incident and problem management (RCA, MIM).
