• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend services
• Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Engage in all technical aspects without reliance on DevOps support

• Make fast, data-driven decisions and demonstrate ownership
• Commit to team goals and ensure high availability for collaboration
• Contribute to system architecture design and implementation
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Skills Required

• Proficient Backend Engineer
• Technology agnostic (our primary is Python and Node.js)
• Agentic AI experience is a plus
• System design and architecture skills
• API integration
• 10+ years of experience
