Your responsibilities
- Co-Creating the Product Vision and Strategy
- Developing and Communicating the Product Goal
- Shaping the backlog for a better Deliverable
- Accountable for representing the stakeholders to an AGILE team, acting as the bridge between both
- Plays a major role in sprint planning and refinement. Engages in reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies
- Performance measurement
- Continuously improves the product based on feedback from key stakeholders
- Ensures the completeness and consistency of the product deliverable under Siemens' quality standards
- Balances vision and budget
- Identifies opportunities and creates value
- Action oriented. Should be able to follow up persistently on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
- Fluent in English required, German a plus
- Experience in data engineering, data modeling, and data mining
- Knowledge in data architecture and platform setups
- Knowledge of visualizing and presenting insights from data with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Workload: 90% from October 1, 2025
- Near-shore: Theoretically possible, German language skills preferred – English sufficient
