Product Designer with English (full remote in Barcelona, Madrid or London)

Main responsibilities:
- Understanding Users: Partner with Product Managers and your Senior Design Manager to carry out user research activities (including interviews and usability tests) to uncover needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Solving Problems & Ideation: Turn research findings and business goals into user-friendly design solutions. You'll contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and actively engage in design critiques
- UX Design & Prototyping: Map out user journeys, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes to explore and validate design directions
- UI Design & Visual Execution: Deliver polished UI designs aligned with our brand and design system. Help evolve the system by using existing components effectively and suggesting improvements or additions where needed
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work side by side with Product Managers to understand priorities and requirements, and with Engineers to ensure your designs are both feasible and implemented as intended
- Iterating & Improving: Join regular design reviews and use feedback from peers and stakeholders to refine and improve your work
- Documenting Work: Produce clear design specs and handoff documentation to support smooth collaboration with the development team
Core skills/experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar discipline — ideally within SaaS, B2B, or other complex software environments
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design methods and a strong grasp of design thinking principles
- Clear and confident communicator who can explain design choices and collaborate well with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (they use Figma) with a demonstrated ability to apply them throughout an end-to-end design process
- Skilled in crafting user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life
- A solid portfolio that showcases your UX problem-solving abilities and UI design skills for digital products
- Naturally curious and proactive, with an interest in diving into complex topics like legal tech or artificial intelligence
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI-powered design tools or a demonstrated comfort level with AI technology
- Background working within Agile teams is a plus
