Product Designer

Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong proficiency with design systems and prototyping tools for backend development.
• Experience with one or more frontend frameworks, Figma.
• Solid knowledge of accessibility and usability principles, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with digital product design and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience with prototyping development and web services.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and English (fluent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Figma and digital design tools.
• Create efficient, reusable front-end components with design systems.
• Design, optimize, and maintain user-centric design solutions to ensure accessibility and usability.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Participate in product definition and stakeholder workshops.
• Implement design systems and prototypes.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI and product design.
