We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Engineer to join a newly created technology division focused on building AI-driven solutions. This is an excellent chance to work in a fast-paced environment, solve challenging problems, and contribute to innovative AI initiatives from the start.

As an AI Engineer, you will own technical projects with AI at their core, design and deliver machine learning systems, and engage with business stakeholders to translate commercial problems into AI solutions. You will work on LLMs, inference stacks, and advanced ML pipelines while keeping up with the latest AI trends.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Deep understanding of theoretical and practical machine learning fundamentals
• Direct experience with LLMs, prompt design, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval pipelines
• Knowledge of LLM inference stack concepts including KV caching, speculative/parallel decoding
• Strong programming and system design skills in Python and optionally C++, Java, or .Net
• Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of end-to-end AI projects
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Financial services experience is a bonus
