We are looking for a Chief Transformation Information Officer (CTIO) to define and implement Loewe's IT strategy, aligned with business objectives and LVMH's IT strategy. You will lead the digital transformation, ensuring innovation, performance, and security of our information systems.
Your role will be:
- Defining and implementing Loewe's IT strategy, consistent with LVMH Group guidelines.
- Leading digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely, on-budget completion.
- Overseeing all of Loewe's information systems, ensuring their availability, security, and performance.
- Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service quality.
- Leading the SAP Core Model program over 3-4 years.
- Managing and leading a team of direct reports (CTO, CISO, IS Business Solution, Architecture and Data, PMO & Governance).
- Optimizing costs and ensuring the return on investment of projects.
- Maintaining technology watch, identifying trends and innovations.
What is important for the role (requirements):
- Higher education degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, leading product and cross-functional teams in global environments, with at least 5 years in a CIO or IT executive position.
- Strategic vision and ability to translate business issues into IT objectives.
- Expertise in information systems architecture, project management, information systems security, infrastructure, and application development.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and issues related to Core Model implementation.
- Leadership and ability to scale high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), Spanish a plus.
- Position based in Madrid.
