Our client is looking for a Project Manager & IT-Consultant to take on a key role in leading innovative digitalization projects. If you enjoy working closely with customers, love solving complex challenges, and want to actively shape the future of digital solutions, this opportunity is for you.

Tasks

As Project Manager in “Custom Digitalization,” you will take the lead on impactful projects in the field of customized software – with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will be the trusted guide for clients and project teams, steering them through the full project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading exciting digitalization projects end-to-end, with a focus on Power Platform & Dynamics 365
  • Managing clients and project teams with clarity, competence, and confidence
  • Developing innovative, future-oriented solutions in collaboration with your team
  • Supporting and coordinating requests from existing clients
  • Ensuring smooth collaboration between different stakeholders and skill sets
  • Taking ownership of scope, time, and budget – and confidently reporting to management
  • Expanding your expertise in solution design, process consulting, and modern digital technologies
  • Identifying challenges early, asking the right questions, and finding solutions quickly

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in IT projects or project management, ideally as an external service provider
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for process optimization and digitalization
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and expectation handling
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presence with teams, management, and clients
  • A customer-centric mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and embrace new technologies
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent German skills (written and spoken)

Benefits

Our client offers more than just a job – they provide the right environment for you to thrive:

  • Flexible annual working hours based on a 40-hour week
  • 5–6 weeks of vacation, plus additional flexible holiday options
  • Strong social benefits and parental leave with 100% salary continuation
  • Personalized training and genuine development opportunities
  • A modern work environment with remote options and even “workation” possibilities
  • A collaborative culture with flat hierarchies and regular team events

This is your chance to play a central role in shaping digital transformation while working in a culture built on trust, growth, and innovation.
