Job Description

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Own, develop and actively shape the Business Intelligence & Analytics landscape of our Fulfillment departments.
  • Learn the intricacy of the operations process required to switch households to renewable energy, then review respective KPIs, re-think and make them drivers of improvements in close collaboration with senior managers.
  • Establish the most data informed operations team around you by developing and educating people to use self-service friendly tables in data warehouse and Tableau dashboards for daily monitoring and decision making in high-paced environment.
  • Consult and support in decision making managers of our digital and physical products during design, development, and go-live phases to ensure high customer satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency of our solutions.
  • Develop and own your own project backlog, ensure its adequate prioritization and high transparency to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Learn from and contribute to our community of data and BI practitioners who leverage modern data stack (Snowflake, DBT, Tableau,) and consulting-grade methods for bringing value to the business.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, dbt and GIT
  • Hands-on experience with using BI tools, ideally Tableau. Familiarity with Visualization Best Practices.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid project & stakeholder management skills. Ability to provide guidance, steering, and recommendations based on your data-driven research and expertise.
  • Drive, energy, and desire to work in a start-up environment to advance access to renewable energy for everyone.


This role is limited to 1 year with the option to receive an unlimited contract afterwards.
