✨ What’s the Role About?

We’re looking for a creative and curious UX professional, based in Romania, who can balance research, design, and strategy to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences.

What you’ll do

• Work autonomously within a cross-functional, agile product team.
• Deliver creative design solutions that balance user needs, company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation.
• Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Own the end-to-end user journey: from research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing, through to final interface design.
• Continuously optimize the user experience across platforms.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system.

What we’re looking for

• Proven product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work.
• Strong UI skills and a clean visual design sense.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
• A solid UX foundation and a deep understanding of human behaviors.
• Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to define information architecture and create clear user flows.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to make evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong planning and strategic thinking, clearly articulating design decisions.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Openness to give and receive constructive feedback, contributing to a supportive feedback culture.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Curiosity, a growth mindset and a drive to keep learning.
