Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Representative Intern to join our team in Ploiești, Romania.

In this role, you will support employees and managers across various HR functions such as employee relations, engagement, policy implementation, and performance management.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to corporate HR while collaborating with experienced HR professionals and contributing to a workplace where people feel valued and empowered.

Main Responsibilities

• Dedicate face time to support employees through interaction and feedback

• Act as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and concerns

• Support employee engagement initiatives

• Assist in organizing internal teambuilding events and local community events

• Maintain a good grasp of HR and business issues

• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuously improving HR performance and employee motivation

• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation

Qualifications and Experience

• Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and willingness to take on new challenges

• Can work individually and in teams

• Highly organized, detail-oriented

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) and eagerness to learn HR tools and platforms

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Economic, Engineering or a related field
