The Role in Brief

As a Finance Project Manager, you'll spearhead transformative initiatives, from seamless integration of acquisitions to implementing cutting-edge tools, ensuring streamlined processes and timely project completion. Join us at the forefront of financial innovation, driving efficiency and collaboration in a dynamic and tech-savvy work environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Drive the implementation of innovative financial solutions.
• Lead financial integration of acquired entities into our global Accounting software, ensuring seamless transition.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to tailor tools for optimized workflows.
• Champion the adoption of transformative management tools.
• Enhance internal systems for seamless data integration.
• Drive successful execution of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, from an Accredited University. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Finance Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading financial projects from initiation to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), automation tools, expenses management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
