Martech & Customer Insights Lead
The Martech & Customer Insights lead will drive sustainable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by combining data-driven insights with customer-centric strategies. This role ensures scalable growth through optimized acquisition funnels, accurate attribution models, and impactful engagement initiatives, while aligning cross-functional teams.
What you’ll have to do:
Customer Acquisition: design and optimize the acquisition model, monitor paid/organic/referral/partnership channels, and track key metrics – CAC, CLV, CAC/CLV ratio (<1:3), conversion rates, and new customers per month.Attribution: implement and refine multi-touch attribution models (e.g., GA4), integrate tracking & analytics tools, and optimize budgets based on incremental revenue, ROI, and time to conversion. Engagement & Retention: analyze user behavior, propose and test engagement initiatives (push, gamification, onboarding, referral), and measure impact on DAU/MAU, churn, retention cohorts, and LTV. Customer-Centric Approach: maintain and update the customer journey map, collect user feedback/NPS, and integrate insights into the growth strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Data, Sales, and Product teams, support knowledge sharing, and define north star metrics (CLV, CAC/CLV, D30 retention, DAU/MAU).

Martech & Customer Insights Lead
The Martech & Customer Insights lead will drive sustainable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by combining data-driven insights with customer-centric strategies. This role ensures scalable growth through optimized acquisition funnels, accurate attribution models, and impactful engagement initiatives, while aligning cross-functional teams.
What you’ll have to do:
Customer Acquisition: design and optimize the acquisition model, monitor paid/organic/referral/partnership channels, and track key metrics – CAC, CLV, CAC/CLV ratio (<1:3), conversion rates, and new customers per month.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar data-driven roles.
- Strong expertise in analytics & tracking (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, BigQuery or similar).
- Hands-on experience with funnel optimization and experiment design (A/B testing).
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition and attribution models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong results orientation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, with focus on retention and increasing LTV.
