Lead UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a senior-level designer with deep expertise in building and scaling design systems across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating reusable interface elements, ensuring they work seamlessly across web and mobile, and collaborating with developers to maintain technical accuracy and design consistency. You’ll help shape the visual language and interaction standards used across the company’s digital products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a cross-platform design system based on token architecture, used by multiple brands.
• Create modular UI components from scratch and document their usage clearly.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure designs are technically sound, fast, and accessible.
• Define and manage design tokens and semantic layers using Token Studio.
• Support product teams in applying the design system correctly, encouraging best practices over shortcuts.
• Champion the adoption of the design system across the company through training and hands-on support.
• Write and maintain clear guidelines and documentation for system usage.
• Keep Figma libraries aligned with codebase logic and structure.
• Identify outdated design elements and update them to meet current standards.
• Improve tools and processes that support smooth collaboration between design and development.
• Coordinate with designers across teams to gather component needs, manage dependencies, and prioritize updates.
• Design innovative concepts, detailed prototypes, and polished interfaces that meet user and business needs.
• Run user testing and A/B experiments to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Apply e-commerce experience to enhance the customer journey and drive conversions.
• Present design work confidently in English and explain the reasoning behind design choices.

Main skills and competencies required:

• Strong experience building design systems from the ground up.
• Expert-level skills in Figma, Token Studio, and component-based design workflows.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and React (not just inspecting code but understanding how it works).
• Ability to think in terms of visuals but also systems and patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineering and customer experience teams.
• Experience supporting multiple product teams and managing competing priorities.
• Passion for clean, scalable design with a practical mindset.
• Fluent English and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with multi-brand systems and scalable component libraries.
