Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our Readyhubb team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems to support our growing platform. Your primary focus will be on building robust, scalable, and efficient Rest APIs using our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using NestJS and Prisma (V2).
• Design and implement Rest APIs to support various frontend functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 4 years of experience
• Elastic search experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Rest API development.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS and Prisma (V2).
• Solid understanding of database management and optimization.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
