This Position Reports To

Global Product Manager Secondary (flexible location/location: Global)

• Location This role is open globally, preferred countries are Norway, China and Italy. The work model is hybrid.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Product Management for the Secondary segment within the Switchgear business line.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years of experience in product management or related roles in the electrical industry.
• Strong analytical skills, market understanding, and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate needs into product improvements.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
