What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage a portfolio of offshore projects, ensuring top-notch outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and cost control.
• Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with development teams, providing expertise and technical support from early stages to completion.
• Resource Management: Ensure the right resources are in place, leveraging central functions like Technical, Commercial, Procurement, and Legal.
• Governance and Compliance: Uphold our governance standards, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and adhered to.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Ireland with reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with Energy Ireland, stakeholders, and JV partners to drive successful project delivery.
• Best Practices: Implement best practice project management methods, overseeing planning, budgeting, and performance management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Proven track record in managing large capital investment projects within offshore wind.
• Expertise: Strong operational experience and understanding of complex challenges in a matrix organization.
• Leadership: Ability to build trust, empower teams, and collaborate constructively with partners and leaders.
• Integrity: High ethical standards and a strong commitment to health, safety, security, and environmental practices.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to make sound commercial decisions and drive projects to successful completion.
• Passion: A strong drive to get projects completed safely, on time, and within budget, inspiring others along the way.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in engineering and business, preferably at the Master’s level.
• Solid experience in project management, contractual and commercial problem-solving, and industry-specific knowledge.
• Advanced communication skills and the ability to build and lead a high-performing organization.
