Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive People Partner to join our growing team. With a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, the ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that align with operational goals. Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is highly advantageous, as is a strong foundation in HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, performance development, and succession planning
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism
  • Support change management efforts, including organizational restructuring and transformation projects
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or strategic HR role
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent HR certification) is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience supporting operational teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regional HR practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
