We are seeking a seasoned and proactive People Partner to join our growing team. With a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, the ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that align with operational goals. Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is highly advantageous, as is a strong foundation in HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, performance development, and succession planning
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion and professionalism
- Support change management efforts, including organizational restructuring and transformation projects
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or strategic HR role
- CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent HR certification) is strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting operational teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regional HR practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a matrixed organization
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
