📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Specialist – Reporting & Analytics | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – Reporting & Analytics to join our Data Office team. The role will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced business intelligence dashboards and reports that support decision-making across the organization.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct business intelligence requirement-gathering sessions and translate them into BI requirement documents

✅ Design and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools and reporting platforms

✅ Build executive dashboards for leadership to track compliance against data objectives

✅ Define KPIs and track progress against data control and overall objectives

✅ Ensure data integrity by identifying and retrieving from appropriate sources

✅ Develop data extraction and output specifications for structured reports

✅ Establish design and coding standards for BI report development

✅ Develop report subscriptions and automate report distribution processes

Qualifications & Experience

✔️ Bachelor’s degree is required

✔️ 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within banking or financial institutions

✔️ Strong expertise with BI tools (QlikSense preferred)

✔️ Proven experience in building executive-level dashboards and reports

✔️ Solid background in databases/DBA, business analysis, and software engineering

✔️ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and data manipulation skills

✔️ Excellent communication and analytical abilities

✔️ Knowledge of Business Intelligence architecture and reporting frameworks
