ERP Project Manager

12 month contract

REMOTE role

Must Haves:

7-10 years of experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects. Proven track record managing medium to large-scale ERP initiatives with complex integrations, data migrations, and multi-phase rollouts while aligning solutions with strategic business goals through close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience in delivering enterprise level projects that result in corporate / cultural change

Experience with managing large vendor delivery during project execution

Experience managing the full project management lifecycle with projects, including managing large vendor delivery during project execution including Migration and Integration of legacy data streams.

PMP Certification

Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is required

Nice to have:

Experience working on COTS related projects is an asset

Experience working on multiple stream projects with multiple vendor interdependencies is an asset

Experience in the insurance industry is an asset

Experience in working with Manitoba government entities is an asset
