Scrum Master/Business Analyst - Hybrid

Job Summary:

Join our Labmatrix Product team in a hybrid role that blends agile facilitation with business analysis. You’ll drive agile practices while translating business needs into actionable product requirements.

You’ll Be Doing:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach development teams on Agile principles and foster continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog
• Document business and technical requirements for Labmatrix
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  
  

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $69,600.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
