The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $69,600.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Job Summary:
Join our Labmatrix Product team in a hybrid role that blends agile facilitation with business analysis. You’ll drive agile practices while translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
You’ll Be Doing:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach development teams on Agile principles and foster continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Document business and technical requirements for Labmatrix
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
