Job Description:

My client's are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, experience with Flutter, and a deep understanding of scalable front-end architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging app experiences while driving the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end services using Flutter in an event-driven architecture.
• Architect and implement user-friendly interfaces and features.
• Provide mentorship and conduct code reviews for mid and junior developers.
• Collaborate with designers to create pixel-perfect UI/UX components.
• Work closely with product managers to implement feature requirements.
• Optimize performance and enhance platform responsiveness.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in agile development, automated testing, and SRE.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in the entire app lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Front-End Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies, especially Flutter and React.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and implementation.
• Experience in designing scalable front-end architectures.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and REST API design.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Strong focus on security and performance optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Experience with B2C applications, particularly in the trading or financial industry.
