Workplace Engineer

The role

This role is critical in supporting and maintaining modern workplace solutions for our end users, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to modern workplace technologies.
• Assist in the implementation and support of hybrid workplace solutions to enhance user efficiency and productivity.
• Package applications and monitor deployments
• Deploy software updates and monitor deployments
• Support the integration and compatibility of Windows, SCCM/Intune, Exchange, Microsoft 365 with existing systems and applications
• Contribute to the documentation of technical processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand their needs and challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in modern workplace technologies.

Technical expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• +7 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on endpoint management and hybrid workplace solutions.
• Knowledge of Windows 10-11, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, and PowerShell.
• Experience in providing support for collaboration, communication, productivity, security, and mobility solutions.
• Certifications in Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SCCM are a plus.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Fluent French (beneficial).
