Role: Principal Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership: Define and lead enterprise application architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting architectural solutions, influencing decision-making, and building long-term relationships.
• Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end application architectures including cloud-native, hybrid, and legacy systems integration.
• Governance & Standards: Establish architectural governance, best practices, and standards across projects and teams.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend strategic adoption and integration.
• Delivery Oversight: Support delivery teams in translating architectural designs into actionable implementation plans, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience (12+ years) in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications across diverse industries.
• Strong foundation in application architecture principles, integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, middleware, and custom applications.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, API management, and security architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the C-suite level.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe) are highly desirable.
